We allow users to request an incentive payment once their account balance reaches $5(500 points) in account credit. You can request a payment from your membership dashboard. It can take several weeks for a study to close and for credit to be assigned to your account. This process can typically take between two to six weeks for surveys.
Our team aims to assign credit to your account within 2 - 3 business days for online and in-person interviews/focus groups after you complete the interview.
Once you submit a withdrawal request, you can expect to receive your payment within two business days.
We offer payment via electronic Visa gift cards or PayPal for consumer market research studies.
Our agency reserves the right to pay your incentive without a withdrawal request, depending on the incentive amount and other pertinent factors.
